Admissions Executive
* Promote the institution’s courses through social media platforms, online communities, and other approved marketing channels.
* Generate quality student leads and convert them into enrollments.
* Respond promptly to inquiries received via phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, email, and walk-in visitors.
* Explain course details, career opportunities, fees, payment plans, and admission requirements to prospective students.
* Follow up with potential students until the enrollment process is completed.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
* Meet individual and team monthly admissions targets.
* Assist in planning and executing student recruitment campaigns, promotional events, seminars, webinars, and exhibitions.
* Maintain accurate lead and student records in the CRM or admissions system.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admissions performance reports.
* Coordinate with the Marketing Department to improve campaign performance and student recruitment.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activities and provide feedback to management.
* Represent the institution professionally at all times.
* Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
