Job Profile
• Manage facility-related costs, payments, and supplier records.
• Ensure smooth delivery of services (security, utilities, HVAC, maintenance, etc.)
• Coordinate building maintenance and vendor services.
• Maintain records in line with ISO standards and manage contracts/renewals.
• Support internal teams with operational and meeting requirements.
• Assist with inventory, asset management, and insurance coordination.
Job Requirements
• Diploma/Degree in Administration, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of facility operations, vendor management, and inventory control.
• Basic understanding of building systems (electrical / mechanical)
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
