ADMINISTRATIVE EXECUTIVE

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting or related field with 1–3 years experience in education administration or institutional operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate schedules, timetables and classroom arrangements
Handle admissions inquiries, form distribution and document verification
Support seminars, workshops and outreach programs
Maintain accreditation and audit documentation
Visit schools, colleges and partner institutes
Build relationships with schools, industry partners and community stakeholders
Identify opportunities for MoUs and academic collaborations
Skills:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficiency in educational management software
Collaborative, problem-solving mindset
Knowledge of admissions process and education sector trends
Willingness to travel extensively
