1. Work Hours - Night 7 Pm to 7 am
2. Fluency in English, Sinhala, Tamil.
3. 6 day a week ( Wednesday off)
4. work in Saturday & Sunday and holidays
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using computer systems (Word, Excel)
1. Handle reservations, process payments, and manage guest inquiries both in person , online and over the phone.
2. Maintain guest records and update information accurately in the hotel’s system.
3. Collaborate with the front office and other departments to ensure timely and accurate guest check-in and check-out processes.
4. Provide guests with relevant information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services.
5. Resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, escalating to management when necessary.
6. Maintain a clean, organized reception area, ensuring all guests receive a welcoming first impression.
7. Prepare work schedules, assign task and monitoring performance of staff.
8. Prepare & send the accounts reports on time.
9. Other ad hoc duties.
