Location: Colombo 07
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, accurately and on time.
• Liaise with third-party service providers to ensure timely and efficient completion of company requirements.
• Prepare and share monthly reports to HR department.
• Coordinate HR-related administrative tasks.
• Support management and sales teams by providing administrative information.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 01 year in administration, operations, or coordination roles
• Good in MS Office Pkg (Word, Excel)
• Good organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
