Job Responsibilities
* Handle daily administrative and office operations
* Coordinate banquet bookings, customer inquiries, and event schedules
* Prepare reports, documents, quotations, and correspondence
* Manage social media platforms and online customer engagement
* Assist in marketing and promotional activities
* Coordinate with management, kitchen, and service teams
* Maintain proper filing systems and records
* Support branding and business development activities

Required Qualifications & Skills
* Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 1 year experience in relevant field
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
* Good computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Email handling, Internet)
* Knowledge in Graphic Designing
(Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator or similar tools)
* Knowledge in Web Designing / Website Management
* Knowledge in Social Media Handling & Digital Marketing
* Ability to create promotional content and advertisements
* Experience in hospitality or restaurant field will be an added advantage
* Ability to work independently and under pressure
