Key Responsibilities:
Handle overall customer service, ensuring a high-quality experience for international guests
Manage bookings, appointments, and reservations efficiently
Maintain accurate data entry, records, and documentation
Coordinate daily operations and support front office activities
Communicate with guests, vendors, and internal teams professionally
Ensure smooth scheduling and assist in organizing club activities and services
Requirements:
Good command of English (spoken & written) is essential
Experience in tourism or hospitality industry is an advantage
What We Offer:
Salary: LKR 45,000 – 60,000
