We are seeking a dynamic, organized, and proactive Administrative Intern to join our team at SA Carz Holdings - Nugegoda. This role provides hands-on experience across office administration, document management, and daily operational support, making it ideal for an enthusiastic individual looking to build a strong foundation in corporate administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Document Management: Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining official business documents, files, and records to ensure seamless data retrieval.
Data Entry & Upkeep: Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily operational logs, databases, and spreadsheets.
Office Coordination: Support day-to-day office administrative tasks, including handling correspondence, managing office supplies, and assisting with team schedules.
Inter-Departmental Support: Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations teams to facilitate smooth information flow and assist with routine paperwork.
Meeting Preparation: Help organize internal meetings, take accurate minutes, and assist in preparing basic meeting materials or summaries.
Skills & Qualifications Needed:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
Technical Skills: Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (for data organization) and Word (for document formatting).
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sound command of English.
Soft Skills: Excellent organizational skills, keen attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn.
Work Ethic: Highly reliable, punctual, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
