We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Intern to join our HR & Administration Department and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in daily HR and administrative operations
Support recruitment activities (CV screening, interview coordination)
Maintain employee records and documentation
Assist in attendance and leave tracking
Support general office coordination and administrative tasks
Help in organizing staff activities and internal communications
Provide support in showroom coordination when required
Requirements
Currently following or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work in a team environment
