# ๐ผ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ : ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

ใ~ใโช Ensure timely renewal of licenses for company vehicles and machinery.
ใ~ใโช Monitor office premises through CCTV surveillance.
ใ~ใโช Procure office materials, including stationery and pantry supplies.
ใ~ใโช Oversee janitorial and security service operations.
ใ~ใโช Manage courier services and coordinate pest control activities.
ใ~ใโช Maintaining stock levels and handling the distribution of stationery,
ใ~ใโช office equipment, and workplace supplies.
ใ~ใโช Coordinating the services and repairs of company vehicles.

Qualification, Experience & Abilities:
ใ~ใโช A good track record of secondary education.
ใ~ใโช Minimum of 2 years' experience handling a similar role.
ใ~ใโช Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
ใ~ใโช Possession of a motorcycle and a valid motorbike license is mandatory.
ใ~ใโช Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.).
