Pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field

Basic knowledge of office administration with strong attention to detail

Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Willingness to handle both office and field-based tasks

Support billing, documentation, and report preparation

Ensure workplace cleanliness and follow up on maintenance issues

Track tasks and coordinate with branches, vendors, and the Administration Senior Executive
