#JOB ROLES @ DUTIES/ භූමිකාව -

-Updating and storing business files and document files

-Typing reports, letters and other business documents

-Sorting mail and responding to it or distributing it to appropriate staff officers

-Answering telephone calls and emails and redirecting them to other officers

- Updating books, reports and summaries

- Cash handling and petty cash handling & buildup customer relationship

- Issuing invoices and following up outstanding payments.

-Taking dictations and minutes during meetings

-Monitoring office supplies and reporting when stock levels are low to office manager
