We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with a sound knowledge of QB/Xero accounting software. Experience is an added advantage, but trainees are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

* Data entry and maintaining financial records

* Handling accounts payable/receivable

* Bank reconciliations and basic reporting

* Supporting inventory-related accounting

Requirements:

* Basic qualification in Accounting (AAT or similar preferred)

* Knowledge of QB/Xero and MS Excel

* Good attention to detail and willingness to learn

Experience:

* Prior experience is an advantage

* Trainees/school leavers are welcome
