## About the Role
Hammer BTL (Pvt) Ltd. is looking for a detail-oriented **Accounts Assistant** to support the finance team with day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong numerical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a basic understanding of accounting principles.
## Key Responsibilities
* Record daily financial transactions, invoices, bills, and receipts accurately.
* Maintain accounting records using **QuickBooks**.
* Assist with bookkeeping and financial documentation.
* Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
* Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of financial records.
* Support the finance team with administrative and accounting tasks as assigned.
## Requirements
* G.C.E. Advanced Level (A/L) qualification or a relevant diploma.
* Basic bookkeeping knowledge or a foundation-level accounting qualification.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Familiarity with **QuickBooks** or similar accounting software will be an added advantage.
* Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
* Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
