Job Responsibilities
- Preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports for management
- Handling day-to-day finance activities including: Daily sales records, Customer receipts, Management of debtors and creditors
- Handling and monitoring petty cash transactions
- Assisting in inventory management and stock-related records
- Checking and verifying financial documents such as: GRNs, Bills and invoices, Payables and receivables, Purchase orders
- Responsible for verification of all payments before processing
- Creating accurate daily and monthly financial summaries
- Supporting the accounts team with ad-hoc finance and documentation work
Requirements
- Basic knowledge in accounting / finance
- Ability to work with numbers accurately and systematically
- Familiarity with Excel and basic accounting records
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
