• ගනුදෙනුකරුවන්දේ ගිණුම් පවත්වාදගන යාම සහ ණය ද ේෂ පරීක්ෂෂා කිරීම
• සංවිධානාත්මක හා වගකිවයුතු වීම
• ගනුදෙනුකරුවන් සමඟ ඇණවුම් සහ දගවීම් සම්බන්ධදයන් සම්බන්ධ වීම
• ඇණවුම් සැකසීම සහ අ යන්තර කණ්ඩායම් සමඟ සම්බන්ීකරණය කිරීම
• අය වැය සම්බන්ධ මුෙල් වි ේවාසනීයක්ෂවයකින් හා විනිවිෙබාවයකින් යුක්ෂතව නිවැරිදිව

• ගනුදෙනු සහ පාරිද ෝගික සම්බන්ධතා නිවැරදිව සටහන් කිරීම

Accounts & Customer Coordination Officer

You will be responsible for managing customer accounts, tracking
payments and maintaining customer relations over the phone. This role
can make a significant contribution to ensuring the business's cash flow,
maintaining an accurate accounting system and keeping the ordering
process simple.
The nature of this job
• Account management and customer relationship management
• Controlling receivables
• Contacting customers via phone calls
• Coordinating with internal teams.
This includes
• keeping accurate accounting records
• Collecting money owed to the company
• Receiving orders and distributing goods.
Duties to be performed in this role:
• Maintain customer accounts and check credit balances
• Be organized and responsible
• Liaise with customers regarding orders and payments
• Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
• Accurately and transparently manage budget related finances
• Accurately record transactions and customer relationships
• Prepare daily financial reports
• Maintain good coordination between sales, collections and
operations teams
Qualifications
What you need to have to be suitable for this role:
• Knowledge of basic accounting records (knowledge of Accounts
Receivable is preferable)
• Strong communication skills (especially telephone skills)
• High accuracy in data entry and record keeping
• Good organization and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
