Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial management and accounting.
Proven track record working within the hotel or hospitality industry is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications ICASL, CIMA, or ACCA will be a distinct advantage.
Strong understanding of local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger.
Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely filing of all tax returns and statutory payments.
Conduct internal audits and implement robust cost-control measures.
Analyze financial data to provide insights for management decision-making.
