SHALANKA DOT COM PVT LTD, a leading company in the 'Made in Sri Lanka' sector, is looking for a dedicated and motivated professional to join our dynamic team in the dual role of Accountant and Data Entry Operator.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a versatile individual who can contribute both to our financial operations and the efficient maintenance of our company data. This position is split between our two primary offices.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounting: Manage daily financial transactions, prepare financial statements, and assist with month-end closing procedures.
Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date company databases, process high-volume data entry, and ensure data integrity.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to both company financial policies and standard data handling protocols.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in an accounting role.
Strong data entry skills with high speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and MS Office (Excel is a must).
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Educational background in finance or a related field (relevant certifications are a plus).
