Property Deal Pvt Ltd, a fast-growing real estate agency based in Colombo 6, specializes in apartments, houses, lands and commercial properties for rent and sale. We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our team.
About the role
💼 𝐏𝐎𝐒𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍 : Accountant
🏢 𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐏𝐀𝐍𝐘 : Property Deal (Private) Limited
📍 𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐔𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐘 : Real Estate
💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting or finance field
✪ Part qualification in ICASL / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent
✪ Sound knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word) and accounting software
✪ Good understanding of VAT, PAYE, EPF & ETF regulations
✪ Strong communication skills in English and Sinhala (Tamil is an added advantage)
✪ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
✪ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
💠 𝐉𝐎𝐁 𝐏𝐑𝐎𝐅𝐈𝐋𝐄 :
✪ Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping
✪ Preparation of financial statements and bank reconciliations
✪ Handling daily payments, receipts, and petty cash
✪ Ensure timely statutory payments (VAT, PAYE, EPF, ETF)
✪ Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
✪ Coordinate with management on financial planning
✪ Maintain proper documentation for all transactions
