📢 POSITION: ACCOUNTANT (FULL-TIME | PERMANENT)
CHENARA DODGE is looking for a qualified and experienced Accountant to join our growing organization and oversee financial operations across our retail outlets.
📍 Work Location: Boralesgamuwa
As a fast-expanding fashion brand, we are seeking a results-oriented professional who can ensure strong financial control and strategic support to management.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full set of accounts and financial reporting
• Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow forecasts
• Manage bank facilities, reconciliations, and loan schedules
• Ensure timely tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, SSCL, etc.)
• Monitor budgeting, cost control, and profitability
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities
• Supervise accounts assistants and finance staff
🎯 Requirements:
• Professional qualification (CA / ACCA / CIMA / AAT – fully or partly qualified)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• High level of integrity and attention to detail
• Experience in retail or FMCG sector is an advantage
