We are looking for a dedicated Account System Support professional to support and maintain our ERP accounting system. The role involves assisting users, troubleshooting system issues, ensuring accurate financial data processing, and supporting daily accounting operations within the ERP environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day support for the ERP accounting module
• Assist users with system inquiries, errors, and functional issues
• Monitor and ensure accuracy of accounting transactions in the system
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Perform basic system configuration related to accounting functions
• Coordinate with finance, IT, and vendors for system enhancements or issue resolution
• Prepare user guides, documentation, and training materials
• Assist in ERP upgrades, testing, and implementation activities
Requirements
• Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Basic understanding of accounting principles (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to support end users
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in ERP system support or implementation
• Knowledge of SQL or report generation tools is an advantage
• Experience in user training and documentation
