G.C.E. A/L with part qualification in AAT or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Experience with Accounting Software Systems.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Age between 25 - 35.
Detail-oriented and result-driven.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Strong coordination and communication skills.

Process supplier and vendor payments accurately and on time.
Prepare payment vouchers and supporting documentation.
Maintain payment records and filing systems.
Reconcile supplier statements and resolve payment discrepancies.
Assist in bank reconciliations and cash flow reporting.
Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers regarding payments.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
