-Minimum 12 years experience working in the Navy and experience served as a Petty officer and above in Sri Lanka Navy
-The Warden is responsible for student welfare, discipline, safety, and the smoothh operation of hostel and training activities.
-Facilitate practical for PST (Proficiency Personal Survival Technique)/PSCRB (Proficiency in Survival Craft and Rescue Boat Other than Fast Rescue boat).
-The role also involves assisting with physical training.
