Job - Academic Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate academic schedules, timetables, and class allocations
- Monitor course delivery and ensure academic quality standards
- Liaise with lecturers, students, and management for smooth operations
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student progress reports
- Support examination planning and assessment coordination
- Handle student academic inquiries and provide guidance when needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or related field
- Previous experience in academic administration or coordination preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Sinhala
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
- Professional, responsible, and detail-oriented personality
