Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate academic programmes and daily academic operations
Liaise with lecturers, students, and management to ensure smooth programme delivery
Monitor student attendance, progress, and assessments
Maintain academic records in compliance with institutional and awarding body standards
Support academic quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar academic coordination or education sector role
Minimum qualification: HND or equivalent (Degree will be an added advantage)
Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala and/or Tamil will be an advantage)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and academic administration systems
