AC TECHNICIAN - AIR CONDITIONING DIVISION

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :

GCE Ordinary Level (O/L) qualification

NVQ Level 03 to 04 in Air Conditioning / Refrigeration or a related technical field

Prior experience in air conditioning installation, commissioning, maintenance, or after-sales service (preferred)

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and operational excellence

Good problem-solving and decision-making skills

Customer-focused mindset with strong service orientation

Effective communication and negotiation skills

High level of self-discipline and professionalism

💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐬 :

Carry out air conditioning installation, commissioning, maintenance, repairs, warranty services, and emergency on-site support in compliance with SLAs

Conduct technical inspections, troubleshooting, testing, and diagnostics to ensure optimal system performance

Assist with system design, site inspections, measurements, and estimation of materials and costs

Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, spare parts, and manpower with approval from the Reporting Head

Provide customers with clear technical guidance, safety instructions, warranty details, and preventive maintenance advice

Ensure professional customer service standards, proper tool utilization, and support service marketing and upselling initiatives
