♦ Job Type: Full-Time
We are looking for two (02) experienced Site Technical Officers to join our team for newly commencing construction projects in the above locations.
• Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day site activities.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, Consultants, and Subcontractors.
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain site records.
- Monitor material usage and site progress.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, and safety standards.
- Assist with measurements, inspections, and project documentation.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
• Requirements
- NCT Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 years of experience in building construction projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good knowledge of construction methods and quality standards.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
