【~】✪ Excellent knowledge of networking principles, Desktop applications and operating systems (Windows. OSX, Linux).
【~】✪ Knowledge in cyber security tools including AV. Excellent knowledge in computer hardware and peripherals. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
【~】✪ Hands-on experience in ITSM tools such as BMC, Service Now, Jira Service Desk, ZenDesk.
【~】✪ Proven work experience as an IT/Technical support engineer in a reputed organization supporting a large user base. Knowledge in Access control and CCTV systems
【~】✪ Should have a Degree or a LIND in IT from a recognized University/ Institute. Certification in CCNA, MCP.
【~】✪ Should have minimum 03-05 year's working experience in the similar capacity, preferably in an IT Finn
【~】✪ Should below 35 years of age.
【~】✪ Should possess a good command of English and Sinhala communication skills.
【~】✪ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
【~】✪ Should be a person with high interpersonal skills and problem solving skills.
【~】✪ Should be a self-starter who can work with minimum supervision and ability to work in a flexy working environment, and Can-Do attitude.
【~】✪ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
【~】✪ The Applicant should be a good team player and be able to work under pressure. Should be able to work in any other IT related function to support the Team.
【~】✪ Ability to communicate technical information in an accessible manner to employees.
【~】✪ A process improvement mindset. Software maintenance and testing capability. Vendor relations.
【~】✪ Excellent interpersonal and Customer care skills. Collaborative mindset. Hands-on problem-solving ability.
