Job Description:
We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting quotations
Preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQs)
Handling tender submissions
Managing invoicing processes
Coordinating day-to-day matters with internal divisions and customers
Supporting the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Addressing and resolving customer complaints
Qualifications:
A background in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant software
