Job Description:
We are currently seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. The successful candidates will be responsible for marketing and selling door hardware and building access solutions to building and construction projects. This role requires proactive salesmanship, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in the building and construction sectors, promoting automated entrance and access control related products and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, contractors, and project managers to secure sales contracts.
Provide product demonstrations, presentations, and technical support to prospective clients as needed.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
GCE A/L with Full or part qualifications in Marketing.
Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the building materials, construction, or any other related industries.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits persuasively.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Age below 35 years.
Additional Requirements:
Candidates with motorbikes will have an added advantage.
A valid driving license is preferred.
Willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and prospects.
