Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, energetic, and customer friendly Showroom Assistant to join our growing team. This role is perfect for freshers with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management who want to start their career in a creative, design-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers visiting the showroom
- Present products and explain design, material, and customization options
- Maintain showroom displays and product arrangement
- Support sales team with quotations, order follow-ups, and documentation
- Record customer inquiries and coordinate with the production/sales departments
- Contribute ideas to improve customer experience and showroom marketing
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM tools preferred)
- Willingness to learn and grow in the design and construction materials industry
