Job Summary:
Nail Craft is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to serve as a Receptionist cum Marketing Executive. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, and passionate about marketing. You will be the first point of contact for our clients while also contributing to the growth of our business through effective marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Receptionist Duties:
• Customer Service: Welcome clients warmly, manage appointments, and answer inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Scheduling: Efficiently book, reschedule, and confirm appointments using our scheduling software.
• Billing & Payments: Handle client transactions and maintain accurate records of daily cash flow.
• Client Relations: Ensure all clients have a pleasant experience by addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Administrative Tasks: Maintain client records, manage inventory for retail products, and ensure the reception area is clean and welcoming.
Marketing Duties:
• Content Creation: Develop creative content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok that aligns with Nail Craft’s pastel-themed aesthetic (purple, pink, black, and gold).
• Social Media Management: Plan and post regular updates, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers to grow our online presence.
• Promotions: Brainstorm and implement promotional campaigns, including seasonal discounts, loyalty programs, and event-based offers.
• Brand Partnerships: Collaborate with influencers and local businesses to promote Nail Craft’s services.
• Analytics: Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including social media engagement and client acquisition trends.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in reception, customer service, or marketing (experience in the beauty industry is a plus).
• Proficiency in social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
• Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinking and a passion for marketing and beauty trends.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Basic knowledge of scheduling and payment software (training will be provided).
Working Hours: 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
