We are seeking a highly skilled HR Executive to lead our performance management and talent acquisition initiatives. This role will focus on driving high-level performance improvements, evaluating leadership effectiveness, and ensuring our teams are aligned with company goals. The HR Executive will play a key role in identifying top talent to elevate the organization's capabilities and ensure that our human resources strategies support rapid business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management:
Conduct in-depth reviews of staff performance, focusing on measurable outputs and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee the team members review sessions, ensuring that leaders are effectively guiding and developing their teams.
Lead weekly team member performance evaluations, ensuring that KPIs are clearly defined and met.
Leadership Evaluation & Guidance:
Develop structured, targeted questions for team leaders to assess their leadership skills, decision-making, and ability to foster team productivity.
Provide feedback and coaching to team leaders on enhancing their leadership and management skills to improve team performance.
Talent Acquisition & Development:
Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and future talent needs.
Lead headhunting efforts to attract top industry talent, ensuring a high standard of quality in every hire.
Establish talent pipelines for critical roles to support the company’s growth.
Strategic HR Leadership:
Partner with senior management to develop and implement performance-driven HR strategies.
Lead initiatives to optimize workforce productivity and enhance overall company performance.
Regularly review HR processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to foster a high-performance culture.
Reporting & Analytics:
Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports on staff efficiency, leadership effectiveness, and overall company performance.
Use data-driven insights to recommend strategies for performance improvement and resource allocation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
5+ years of experience in HR management, with a focus on performance management and talent acquisition.
Proven experience in conducting leadership and staff evaluations.
Strong understanding of performance metrics, KPI-driven management, and talent development strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
