Vacancy Announcement – HR & Admin Manager
Adams Tyre Industries (Pvt) Ltd, a growing and well-established tyre manufacturing company, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Human Resource and Administration Division as the HR & Admin Manager.
We are seeking a result-oriented leader who can drive people management, compliance, and organizational development.
Position: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Mawanella / Factory Office
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting To: Director
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the HR & Administration functions of the company.
Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and HR strategies aligned with company goals.
Oversee recruitment, selection, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and counselling.
Manage payroll, attendance systems, and leave administration.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, EPF/ETF regulations, and safety standards.
Coordinate training and development programs for employee skill enhancement.
Supervise factory administration: security, transport, canteen, housekeeping, and welfare activities.
Maintain HR documentation, personnel files, and management reporting.
Drive employee engagement, performance management, and productivity improvement.
Required Qualifications
Degree or Diploma in HRM / Business Management / Administration.
Professional qualification such as PQHRM / CHRP / CIPM is preferred.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labour laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
