Hotel Maintenance Supervisor- Part Time

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR JOB DESCRIPTION:

*Install, maintain, and perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.

*Extensive knowledge of electricity and plumbing.

*The hotel requires constant repair, renewal and refurbishment of the hotel facilities to keep us looking our best for all our guests. This role would be varied and ideal for someone looking to develop skills in all aspects of maintenance.

*Ensure all rooms and common areas maintained to high standards.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:

*Proven experience as Hotel Maintenance.

*Driving license.

*Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.

*Prioritization and time management skills.

*Working quickly without compromising quality.

*English is a must.

MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR CONDITIONS:

*Salary: 30000lkr + Service charge.

*PART TIME: 3 working days per week (7.5h per day).

*Meals provided.

*Accommodation not provided.

*Possibility of growth in the company as it´s an expanding company.
