💫 Vacancy: Customer Care Assistant (Male/Female)

We are looking for a friendly, talkative, and energetic Customer Care Assistant to join our skincare showroom in Galle Fort! If you love skincare, enjoy helping people, and have excellent English communication and PR skills — we want you on our team.

Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (6 Days per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and guide walk-in customers at the showroom.

• Handle customer inquiries and orders through social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).

• Provide product information and recommendations.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all customers.

• Support day-to-day operations and showroom maintenance.

Requirements:

• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.

• Pleasant personality with strong communication, PR, and customer service skills.

• Talkative and confident when engaging with customers.

• Experience in customer service or retail (especially beauty or skincare) will be an advantage.

• Basic knowledge of skincare products and social media handling preferred.
