About the role
We are an ecommerce company specialising in health, wellness, and fitness products. To this end, we require a strong business development/sales agent who can can develop and bring business for our services.
If you have experience in business development for health related products, or even marketing advertising space you may be the one we are looking for!
1. Contacting potential businesses and recruiting them as vendors to our platform.
2. Selling and marketing the advertising/promotional solutions to the vendors.
3. Attending meetings with potential businesses and closing sales
4. Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant sales revenues
5. Manage and deliver targets & KPI’s set
6. Have the ability to work with minimum supervision
7. Following up on payments
8. Providing any back end service to the vendors
9. Maintain a good relationships with clients & vendors providing support, information, and guidance
1. Excellent sales & business development, communications and negotiation skills
2. Two years of experience in sales/business development
3. Proficient in English & Sinhala (Tamil would be an advantage)
3. Passion to achieve sales targets
