Requirements
• Full or part qualification in field of Administration.
• Strong documentation skills, IT and analytical skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Sinhala languages. (Tamil is an added advantage)
• Ability to work in a team environment and meet strict deadlines and self-motivated.
• Minimum of 05 years’ experience in a similar role or experience in an office administrative environment.
• Age limit is between 35 – 55 years.
• Salary will be negotiable depending on the qualification and the experience.
• Those who are in military background with administration experience will be advantage.
Responsibilities
• Planning and coordinating administrative procedures and systems.
• Supporting to handling of Transport, facilities services, insurance matters, maintenance and other activities related to Head Office and branches.
• Documentation for tenders, quotations, ISO procedures, Company awards and competition, orders, letters etc.,
• Supporting to Manager Administration in drafting, reviewing and finalizing of all service agreement
• Coordinating with quotations, training and clients ‘complaints.
• Handling of building maintenance and repairs with the consultation with Admin. Manager
