💠 Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. The SDR will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by engaging with pre-qualified leads, setting up meetings, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. This role is focused on creating sales opportunities through effective communication and coordination with potential clients, making it ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for sales.
# 💠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐓𝐄 𝐑𝐄𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐑𝐄𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒 :
• Education: Diploma or bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Management, or a related field is required. Additional qualifications related to sales management would be an advantage.
• Experience: Previous experience (2-3 years) in a sales role focusing on client engagement, preferably within the Staff Augmentation and Shared Services industry with experience using CRM software and sales tools.
• Mindset: Strategic and logical thinker with a passion for results, business acumen, and the ability to work well with diverse teams.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and the ability to present ideas and data insights effectively.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
# 💠 𝐑𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐎𝐍𝐒𝐈𝐁𝐈𝐋𝐈𝐓𝐈𝐄𝐒 :
1.Lead Engagement and Outreach:
• Contact and engage with leads provided by the company to introduce and promote our Staff Augmentation and Shared Services solutions.
• Conduct follow-up communication with leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Schedule and confirm meetings, presentations, and pitch sessions with potential clients.
2. Pipeline Management:
• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data on lead interactions and progress.
• Ensure consistent follow-ups and engagement with leads to advance them through the sales process.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition
of leads from initial engagement to the closing stages.
3. Collaboration and Support:
• Partner with the sales team to prepare for client meetings, including conducting research and support in developing presentation materials.
• Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and any observed trends that could refine targeting strategies.
4. Performance Reporting:
• Track and report on key performance metrics such as meeting confirmations, conversion rates, and pipeline progress.
• Regularly update the Sales Manager/Director on progress, successes, and any challenges faced in engaging with leads.
