Need a Office for Rent Rental Space in Colombo 07

Our company is currently in search of commercial space in the Colombo 07 area, with an approximate size of 500 square feet, to establish a premium wellness studio. We primarily prefer spaces located on the ground floor; however, we are also open to first-floor options, provided they have a separate entrance.

It is crucial that the space includes at least two parking spots, access to hot and cold water, a restroom, a shower (or the capability to install one), as well as electricity.

We are looking for a long-term lease of at least six months, with the possibility of renewal.

Our proposed monthly rent is 150,000 LKR, with the possibility of an increase if the premises are in excellent condition.
