1. Outlet & Kiosk Operations
Daily Management: Supervise the day-to-day operations at our Havelock (Cava Cafe) location and take the lead on managing upcoming mall kiosks.
Quality Control: Ensure every scoop, cup, and Decadent Set served meets strict brand standards. Ensure our core flavors—especially delicate profiles like our premium Matcha—are handled and presented perfectly.
Staff Leadership: Train, schedule, and motivate the frontline retail staff. Ensure the team embodies the energetic and welcoming Carmello brand voice.
2. Event & Pop-Up Execution
On-the-Ground Leadership: Manage the end-to-end physical execution of weekend markets, seasonal supermarket promos, and private catering activations (handling everything from a 40-guest VIP launch party to a 500-person festival crowd).
Setup & Teardown: Coordinate logistics with the Supply Executive to ensure freezers, POS systems, and marketing materials are transported, set up, and broken down safely.
3. Customer Experience & Sales
The "Hype" Factor: Actively engage with customers at events, offering samples, explaining flavor profiles, and driving on-the-spot sales.
Seamless Handoffs: Manage the physical handoff of Uber Eats orders at the outlets, ensuring drivers are in and out quickly without disrupting dine-in or walk-up customers.
4. Inventory & Cash Handling
Stock Monitoring: Conduct daily physical counts of tubs, cups, and packaging at the outlet. Alert the supply chain team before high-demand items run out.
End-of-Day Reconciliation: Manage the cash register, card machines, and daily sales reporting for the outlet or event stall.
