ස්වාධීනව (තනිව) වැඩ කිරීමට හැකියාව තිබීම
වාහන අලුත්වැඩියා හා නඩත්තු කටයුතු පිළිබඳ මූලික දැනුම තිබීම
වයස අවුරුදු 25 - 30 අතර වීම
වගකීම් සහගත, කැපවීමෙන් යුත් හා කාර්යශූර පුද්ගලයෙකු වීම
