【~】✪ Understanding of troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures.

【~】✪ Good communication and customer service skills.

【~】✪ Ability to work independently and in a team.

【~】✪ Willingness to travel to customer locations as needed.

【~】✪ A hands-on, detail-oriented professional with a technical background and a passion for maintaining high-performance equipment. Ideal candidate is proactive, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a dynamic, on-site environment.

💠 RESPONSIBILITIES : | # 💠 JOB PROFILE :

【~】✪ Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair coffee machines and related equipment.

【~】✪ Install and calibrate machines at customer locations.

【~】✪ Perform routine servicing, quality checks, and preventive maintenance.

【~】✪ Keep accurate records of service, repairs, and maintenance activities.

【~】✪ Train customers and staff on proper machine usage and report issues promptly.

【~】✪ Full-time, on-site role based in Rajagiriya. Involves ensuring optimal performance of coffee machines, minimizing downtime, and providing excellent customer support. Part of a team dedicated to maintaining high service standards at Damn Fine Coffee Company.
