Team Lead – Listing Operations of ikman holds ultimate responsibility in generating revenue while making sure all other KPI’s are being well maintained within the team.
Duties and Responsibilities...
- Ensuring the team meets the sales/revenue targets.
- Forecasting and analyzing sales/revenue data.
- Reporting KPI’s.
- Coaching, inspiring and motivating the team.
- Developing and maintaining both internal/ external customer relationships.
- Handling customer complaints and enquiries.
- Select, Recruit, train & manage contact center agents.
- Manage team leaves & attrition.
- Ensuring staff members are achieving desired service levels and taking corrective action, as needed.
- Manage Quality of work and ensure minimum level of service complaints.
- Ensure Helpdesk operations are taking place timely & smoothly.
You should have....
- 4 years’ experience related to Telesales / Contact Centre operations. At-least 1 years’ experience in Supervisory level.
- BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure, priorities and handle multiple tasks at any given time.
- Should be able to work for Shift & Roster basis
- Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, ability to motivate employees.
