We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a passion for numbers to join and grow with ikman.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR AN INDIVIDUAL WHO
4 years of experience in Customer Support
Diploma/Degree in relevant field
Must work on a Shift basis
Must have strong communication and training skills (Fluency in English is a must. Sinhala & Tamil would be an advantage)
Planning and Organizing skills with attention to details
People management and analytical skills
A Team Player with leadership skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage a team of customer support agents
Monitor the queues and ensure set response time targets are met
Ensure agents meet their individual KPIs
Ensure all team KPIs are met on daily, weekly and monthly basis
Handle escalations
On time reporting of operational deliverable
