The System Administrator - IT of ikman holds ultimate responsibility of handling the day-to-day operations of the IT Infrastructure and provides technical support to the end user
Duties and Responsibilities...
Managing and Maintaining IT Infrastructure, Systems, Network administration and ensuring the highest levels of availability and security
Install, configure, maintain operating systems, application software, system management tools of the Servers and End-user devices.
Ensure proper documentation and procedures
Maintaining security, backup and redundancy strategies
Managing IT projects
Providing 24X7 L2 & L3 Infrastructure Support Services to the business with the agreed Service Level
You should....
A Degree with a strong IT element and/ or a recognized professional IT qualification
3-5 years experience in IT Infrastructure administration and management
Proven working experience in installing, configuring, and administrating Linux and Windows server-based environments
Expertise in installing, configuring, and managing multiple LAN / WAN network technologies (Switch, Router, and Firewall)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with users from all levels of the organization
