We are excited to announce an opening for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years' experience in a professional kitchen, with a strong preference for those with knowledge in Japanese cuisine.
This role is perfect for someone who is enthusiastic about creating exceptional dining
experiences and is eager to contribute to a vibrant culinary environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen ordering and daily preparation along the head chef
Manage and supervise kitchen staff
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in line with our restaurant’s standards.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
Expertise or strong interest in Japanese culinary techniques and flavors.
Ability to work 45 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
