【~】Proven experience in retail/showroom management (2+ years preferred)

【~】Strong leadership and team management skills

【~】Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

【~】Sales-driven mindset with track record of meeting targets

【~】Knowledge of visual merchandising principles

【~】Proficient in POS systems, inventory software, MS Office

【~】High school diploma or equivalent (degree in Business/Retail Management a plus)

【~】Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
