About the role

Responsible for developing business strategies for eCommerce and Ikman Pay Services, which includes setting up monthly and annual budgets to drive sales.
The job holder needs to define, review, and ensure all departmental KPIs are maintained and achieved as per agreed SLAs.
Collaborate with the Marketplace vertical head and the relevant managers to onboard sellers (merchants) to eCommerce & Ikman Pay services.
-Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience which includes 5+ years at Managerial level
-MBA preferred or equivalent degree qualification
-Previous experience in leading Sales & Biz development teams preferred
-Experience in digital money applications, ecommerce or online marketing will be an added advantage
