Duties and Responsibilities...
Responsible for sourcing of new candidates, screening, interviewing, presenting to clients, coordinating/managing the interview process.
Actively shortlist cvs from Ikman Jobs and create a talent database pool for internal and external vacancies and segregate them according to industries such as IT, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Engineering etc.
Market research on open roles in the market and weekly create a list of open positions in the market and submit it to the manager.
Create job descriptions/advert drafts for open positions and publish on ikman jobs/other external job sites.
Working friendly and closely with the stakeholders
You should have....
● Relevant Sales related education qualification (Diploma or higher )
● Minimum 3+ years of experience in recruitment.
● Deep understanding of the recruitment process.
● Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills.
● Business acumen and market insights.
